What are the rates? Our rates are based on the season, length of stay, holidays, and number of guests. Go to RATES
How much is the reservation/security deposit? The security deposit secures your reservation and is held for any damages or charges that may occur during your stay. If there are no damages, charges or violations, the security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your departure date.
When are rental payments due? 50% of the rental fee is due 60 days prior to arrival date with the balance due 2 weeks before your arrival date.
What types of payment do you accept? For your convenience, we accept VISA, MC, AMEX and DISC (no service fees).
What is the cancellation policy? We have a strict cancellation policy. Please see rental agreement for details.
How do we get the keys? Once your balance is paid in full, we provide you with a personalized code to access the lock box.
Where are you located? The Anaheim Hills Hideaway is located in Anaheim Hills, CA. Centrally located in Orange County and convenient to all that Southern California has to offer. It's a small, quiet and safe community in the hills just east of Anaheim, CA. We are 15 minutes/9 miles from Disneyland and 20 minutes from the beach. For the safety of our current and future guests, we do not share our exact address, but if you'd like to see our neighborhood on Google Maps, you may use 5700 E. Santa Ana Canyon, Anaheim Hills CA 92807 as a reference.
Do you allow pets or smoking? The Anaheim Hills Hideaway does not allow any pets or smoking on the property. Any evidence of either will result in the loss of your security deposit.
Do we have to clean before leaving? No cleaning is required, but we do have a quick checklist of items for departure.
Can the pool be heated? Yes! Depending on the time of year, we check the temperature a few days prior to your arrival. If you feel the temperature is too cold, we will heat the pool to 80F. We charge by the therms used, typically $30 to $60 per day. There is no need to heat the pool during summer months as the water temperatures remain around 80F.
How many guests are allowed? We have 4 bedrooms upstairs. There are 4 beds. The house accommodates up to 8 guests.
Can we invite additional guests to the property? Our property is for registered guests only. We cannot allow more than 10 guests on property or more than 3 vehicles at anytime. No parties or events.
Do you have Wi-Fi? Absolutely! We have Wi-Fi that covers the entire house. Upon arrival, you can gain access with our security password.
What shopping is nearby? The Anaheim Hills Hideaway is minutes away from several grocery stores and within 2 miles of Target, Walmart and Costco. The nearest malls are Orange Outlets, Brea, Main Place in Santa Ana, South Coast Plaza, Irvine Spectrum, The District in Tustin and Fashion Island in Newport.
What is the nearest golf course? Orange County is filled with golf courses for all levels. The closest is Anaheim Hills Golf Course. It is public and less than 5 minutes from the house.
Is your home kid-friendly? We have raised our 3 boys in the house. All electrical outlets have child safety plugs and we do not have a lot of clutter. The backyard has a fence separating the pool from the play area. In addition, we offer a kids table, portable crib, high chair, car seats, stroller, potty seat trainer and toys.
What supplies are at the house? Upon arrival, the house is supplied with toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher capsules, laundry detergent, and garbage bags. There are plenty of linens, blankets, bath towels, beach towels and rags. You will also find general cleaning supplies.
What's in the kitchen? The kitchen is a great space! Big windows, granite counters, double oven, stovetop, microwave, large refrigerator, and lots of storage cabinets. It is equipped with coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots, pans, bakeware, CrockPot, utensils, plates, cups, and barware.
Is there a washer and dryer? Yes, we have an indoor laundry room with a portable laundry hangar and a clothesline is located on the back patio.
