Wonderful house and stay! - October 2019
Beautiful property, wonderful neighborhood and fantastic owners! We had a wonderful time during our stay in October. We rented this property because it was reasonably close to Disney and our family. We visited Newport Beach, Universal Studios and Hollywood. The house is in a fabulous location. The house itself was lovely, spacious and very clean. Jenn makes everything so easy and comfortable. She quickly responds to any messages and is very friendly! I would, and plan to stay at the Anaheim Hills Hideaway again!!!
Disneyland Family Vacation - July 2019
Communication with the owners was fantastic! The description of the home is spot on! The area and atmosphere is very home ❤️ Quiet. Serene. Central to all things we, as a family, wanted to do and see. Amenities go beyond what’s listed. There was some sunscreen, extra pool towels, toiletries, some non perishable items, instructions on how to run things were clear and concise. I’m already starting to plan future stays!! If I could give ten stars, I would! I cannot say enough about how welcoming we felt staying here. We celebrated my daughters 21st birthday by going to Disneyland. This was perfect for all. Thank you! Perfect for our family - November 2018
The property, its' amenities and its' location were perfect for us. We had 5 adults who flew in from the East Coast to attend our sons' wedding and family gatherings. The Hideaway was convenient to everywhere we needed to go. There were restaurants and grocery stores only a short drive away. It’s in a quiet and very nice neighborhood. The bedrooms are comfortable and it has a good kitchen with lots of space to cook and enjoy meals. The whole property is very clean.

Our 2 families truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home and location. While in a quiet neighborhood, the home is also quickly accessible to the freeways to enjoy the amenities of the LA area. We went to both Angel and Dodger ball games as well as the beach, Universal Studios and various attractions in the Hollywood area. Our teenage children and us adults absolutely enjoyed the pool and the pool table. We got to do lots of tourist "stuff" while also very much enjoyed the relaxation of the home. Its close proximity to the Vons grocery store we found to be very convenient. We would highly recommend this property.

We booked this villa for 8 family members from the UK to celebrate a 50th birthday. We spent a week of relaxation in this beautiful home which exceeded our expectations. The home is extremely spacious, clean, well maintained and certainly big enough to accommodate 8 adults. We have stayed in villas before but this had by far the largest and deepest swimming pool. The booking was easy and our deposit was returned very quickly. The location is easy to find and ideal for Disneyland, Knotts Berry and other attractions to the south of LA. We would certainly recommend this property to family and friends and if we were to visit this area again we would have no hesitation in staying here again. With 4 males in our party the pool table was in constant use whilst having a few beers in the evening. If I had to criticize one thing it was that it was not published before we arrived that the top bunk had a weight limit of 60kg, this meant one of our party had to sleep on a sofa bed. Having said that even the bunk beds were extra large and for children are luxurious. Thank you Jenn and Jeff for a memorable 50th birthday for my wife.

I've stayed at quite a few vacation homes over the years, and this one is by far the best one! There was the sweetest welcome package (even a balloon for my birthday!) and since we were traveling with kids, everything we needed for our children. There were even 3 different sized car seats (for those traveling by plane with littles). My 2 year-old found the toys right away and was entertained for hours! He loved having a little table and chairs just for himself, and there were even sippy cups and little dishes for him too (the things I would never think of packing, but that are definitely must haves for my little guy). My older kids loved to swim and play pool (my teenage daughter got a killer tan! She is never outside that much at home, score!!) being about 15 minutes from downtown Disney was a definite plus as well. The grocery stores were so close, and it was so nice being able to cook for my big family and not have to eat every meal out. This home really is perfect for families, and I would absolutely stay here again.

This was the best rental we have ever had. The home was absolutely exactly as promised. We could not think of anything that had not been provided. The entire place was tidy and spotless. Jenn and Jeff were just the best hosts, nothing was too much trouble for them. We have unhesitatingly recommended this home to all our friends and will be planning to go again ourselves. The street was quiet, but within easy reach of shops, freeways and of course theme parks. Pick this one!

We were on vacation with myself, my wife, mother-in-law and our three boys (9 - 13). The house was very nice. Exactly what was portrayed online. Everything was very clean and well kept. Location was very close to grocery store and thruway . Plenty of space to spread out considering there was 6 of us. The pool and hot tub were very clean and used daily. Even the little things were supplied such as dishwasher detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, ect...

We are so grateful to have experienced So-Cal while staying at the Hideaway. The pool and hot tub have expanded our young boys ability with swimming. There were so many memories made! We explored the Anaheim Hills by hiking the equestrian trails. Amazing views! It was a pleasure to make meals in your home and be gifted with little things – brown sugar, salad dressings, condiments, etc. Thank you! Grandma and I spent hours enjoying your puzzles. We wouldn’t go to sleep until our project was complete. We hope to spend time here again soon.

We had a lovely stay in this home. It was the perfect location for our holiday in California. We visited many places including Disneyland and Universal Studios but we also spent many days relaxing by the pool. Since we had an early evening flight back home, we were able to get a late check-out so we could relax and enjoy the pool all day.

This was our first visit to the area. We stayed for 2 weeks. We loved the pool here! The accommodations are excellent and the location is convenient. We visited many places during our stay and always enjoyed returning home here to relax in the afternoons by the pool. We had a fantastic time at this house and spent a wonderful weekend with family while we were in the area for a wedding. The house is large, comfortable and is well suited for a large group of people as the kitchen area is adjacent to a pool table and bar area and then the outdoor area and pool are just outside. Our family really enjoyed being able to be together and hang out comfortably either inside or outside. The pool was larger than I expected and very sunny and nice. We spent most of our time outside which we enjoyed thoroughly. The house is well stocked and organized and very accurate to the pictures and descriptions. Although we did not meet the hosts in person, they were incredibly nice, helpful, and welcoming. They asked us repeatedly about our needs and obviously cared about our stay and whether we were enjoying ourselves. I also appreciate that the house wasn't covered with Disney art and decor everywhere as it made the place feel a bit more tasteful, especially for a non-Disneyland crowd like us. Great experience overall. I would highly recommend!

I came to Southern California to finish graduate school in Los Angeles. I traveled with my Wife, Daughter, Mother and Father. I was able to keep the entire family comfortably at this home while I commuted back and forth to school in Los Angeles. The commute to LA was easy, all considering the normal SC traffic. This house is a real gem. The pool is nice and kept in top condition, as with the entire property. The kitchen seems to be recently renovated and functions well. The master bedroom has a high-end mattress that is extremely comfortable. The master bedroom is also large and accommodating with a sectional sofa and plenty of closet space in the master bath. The house is well equipped. The neighborhood is nice, most properties are kept up. There is plenty of shopping without having to get on the freeway only a few miles from the home. I was able to get a free week pass from the local LA Fitness, which was nice. The owners are extremely helpful and responsive. I would recommend this home to anyone, and plan to use it again.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property. Plenty of room and all the comforts of home. We travelled with our 3 grandchildren who were delighted with the pool daily and never wanted to leave the home. The home was equipped with everything you could need to cook daily if we wanted. The property is exactly as per the photos on the website. It is on a nice quiet street and was easily accessible to Disneyland. We felt like we were in our own holiday home as it was comfortable and had everything we needed. The house was clean and well maintained. The owner was extremely helpful in answering questions. I would absolutely recommend this property to a friend or relative. The owners went out of their way to clean up the yard 2 times after a wind storm so that we could enjoy our holiday. The Supermarket was around the corner as well as a nice restaurant called Reunion Kitchen.

The house was a great location. In a quiet neighborhood yet close to markets and attractions. Pictures are very much representative of what the actual house looks like. I booked this house for a business trip and I stayed with three coworkers so much more comfortably than a local hotel. It was a bit of a sacrifice for the one adult that got to sleep on the bunk, but overall was worth it to have the amenities this location provided. The owners were beyond accommodating for me and some of my requests. After our work days, we came back to enjoy the solitude and the sauna provided by Hideaway Hills, as well as a few lively games of pool. Early mornings drinking coffee on the back patio just cannot be enjoyed when staying in a hotel. If you are looking for a place to stay when bringing your family to Disney, I would not hesitate to recommend this home. Be sure to take in an Angels game if your schedule allows.

Our party of nine stayed at this great home on June 13-16, 2013. It was a tremendous find! Open floor plan on the main level leads to a nice shady patio and, beyond, a beautiful pool and spa. Four large bedrooms upstairs and 2.5 baths allow for plenty of sleeping space. Kitchen was equipped with everything that our four "chefs" needed to make fabulous meals each evening. The neighborhood is lovely and within a three-minute drive to grocery, restaurants, gas stations, etc. Convenient location just off the 91 Freeway for easy trips to Disney, beaches, the Grove and more. As a former SoCal resident, I would highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to the area and looking for something in the general Orange County area.

Our travels included a family wedding and a Disneyland visit so it was nice to have a spacious, comfortable home to retreat and relax. Your home is wonderful. We were a party of 12 (3 families with young children) that were visiting SoCal for the first time, and we couldn't have picked a more perfect house to stay. The condition of the house was immaculate and it is very obvious that the owners have taken the effort to make sure that everything is in tip top condition. To be honest, we were a little hesitant and expected the worse before we checked into the house. It was completely unwarranted. If anything, the photos really do not do the place justice. The house was very warm and welcoming, and we fell in love with the place within minutes. We loved the open kitchen and recreation room area. In fact, we probably spent 90% of the time there when we are at the house! We will not hesitate to recommend this house to anyone. Absolutely brilliant!

When our daughter and son-in law picked their wedding day, we lived in Yorba Linda but life sometimes takes us down unexpected paths and we relocated to Illinois 7 months before the wedding. Once our Yorba Linda home had sold we knew we needed to find a Home away from Home that our family could gather in to celebrate this joyous occasion. A hotel just wasn't the right place but Jenn and Jeff's home truly met our needs! It had everything you could want, it was so comfortable. We have so many wonderful memories of the wedding in Temecula but having a home in Anaheim Hills that we could all gather in, have family meals, reminisce with friend and old neighbors and just relax in was the icing on the cake! The pool/spa and pool table were a big hit with everyone. We looked at so many homes on our search to find the right place and still had reservations till the day we arrived. The house was spotless, well maintained, accurately described and the wonderful photos really don't do it justice! Our reservations disappeared the moment we walked through the door, Jenn and Jeff obviously have much pride of ownership. We only had a few comments/questions and Jenn got back to us promptly. Having lived in the area for 11 years, this would make a wonderful base for Disney, the beaches, LA, Palm Springs, San Diego or a trip to the mountains, all of which are within day trip reach. We know that Jenn and Jeff have many happy family memories from their home and we have some too. We can't thank them enough for sharing their home and wish them continued success in wherever life take them. We would have no reservations in recommending or returning to this Hideaway, who knows maybe we’ll will return to build some more memories in this true family Home.

We were a little concerned being 20 minutes away from Disneyland but it is a perfect location, quiet and beautiful. The house is big and has a gorgeous yard. Our kids loved the place. They pretended they were surfers while staying in the Surfs Up room. My husband and I loved the master suite, it was so cozy. Having the Wi-Fi was great for my husband getting work emails and I was thrilled to not miss an episode of Glee on Direct TV. Jeff and Jenn exceeded our expectations. We were welcomed with a handwritten note and a bottle of wine. Their special touches made our stay extra enjoyable. We can't wait to come back next year to our 'Hideaway'.

We're a family of 5 who stayed for 10 days at the AHH. Our plan was to visit Hollywood, our friends in Anaheim and Sea World in San Diego so the location was perfect. The house was plenty big and comfortable for all of us. The kids (7, 5, 3) loved playing in the pool everyday and there were lots of toys for them to play with. After a trip to the local grocery store and Costco we enjoyed many home cooked meals outside by the pool. It was nice having the washer and dryer too. With 3 little kids, our laundry basket was always full. The best part was having fun all day long and coming back to a quiet hideaway. We had so much fun. I reckon we will be returning again next year.

We have been frequent guests of the Anaheim Hills Hideaway over the last several years. We love it for the comfort and location. There are so many things to do close by that every time we visit, we enjoy something new. The home is so comfortable! My husband enjoys the big leather sofa and cable television on the large flat screen. My favorite part is the backyard! In the morning, I enjoy my tea and breakfast while listening and watching the birds play in the garden. The evenings are even better with gentle breezes as the sun goes down and the stars begin to appear. The neighborhood is quiet and the freeways are just minutes away. We'll be back in a few months!
